Required student registration for 2024-2025 now open through Skyward Family Access
Updates as of 06/24/24:
Please note the following:
- For families with new-to-district students, the issue with viewing your child’s packet through Skyward has been resolved, so you should now be able to access the packet from your Family Access dashboard. If you continue having trouble, please feel free to reach out.
- Please disregard your child’s grade level within the packet. It may reflect your child’s grade level from the previous school year since we have not officially transitioned into the new school year in Skyward just yet. Rest assured your child is enrolled in the correct grade level.

Student registration is required each year for all new and returning students. For your convenience, this year’s STISD student registration process will be completed electronically through Skyward, our student information system.
Electronic registration packets are now available for parents/guardians to complete through Skyward Family Access. Please log in and complete your child’s electronic registration packet at your earliest convenience.
Campuses will hold “Schedule Pick-up” events in early August, according to the following schedule:
- Tuesday, August 6: Schedule Pick-up for 6th, 9th, and 10th grade levels
- Wednesday, August 7: Schedule Pick-up for 7th, 11th, and 12th grade levels
- Thursday, August 8: Schedule Pick-up for 8th grade and those unable to attend scheduled date
These dates apply to all campuses. Campuses will share event times and other important information in the coming weeks. Please note that you must complete your child’s electronic registration packet in its entirety before your child’s schedule for the 2024-2025 school year will be released to you.
The following are the steps to take within the Skyward Family Access to complete your child’s electronic registration packet:
- Log in to Skyward Family Access: https://skyward.iscorp.com/SouthTexasISDTXStuSTS.Use the general Skyward log in with the green button; do not use the Office 365 log in.
- Look for a new tile on your dashboard that reads“2024-2025 Student Online Registration.”
- If you have multiple children enrolled with STISD for 2024-2025, you will see multiple tiles. The tiles will be highlighted in green before you click into them, and they can be found after all other tiles on the dashboard.
- Click on the tile to access the form packet, which will be assigned to your child.
- Complete all forms within each electronic registration packet.
You will receive an email from “Skyward Qmlativ” today sharing with you the username created for you to access Skyward Family Access and the steps to take to reset your password and log in to the site. If you already have access to Skyward, you may disregard. If you have never logged into Skyward, please follow the steps to complete this process. If you need assistance or have any questions, please reach out to your child’s campus for assistance.

El proceso de inscripción para estudiantes es requerido cada año para todos los alumnos nuevos y previos de nuestro distrito. Para su comodidad, este año el proceso será completo electrónicamente a través de Skyward, nuestro sistema de información estudiantil.
Los documentos de inscripción ya están disponibles en Skyward para que usted inicie el proceso a través del siguiente enlace: https://skyward.iscorp.com/SouthTexasISDTXStuSTS. Favor de completar la inscripción de su hijo electrónicamente lo antes posible.
Al inicio de agosto, todas nuestras escuelas llevarán a cabo eventos para distribuir los horarios de los alumnos. Las fechas serán las siguientes:
